Biscoff Cookies | Full Recipe 👇🏻.
Ingredientes:
-70gr mantequilla
-65gr Azúcar blanca
-60gr Azucar morena
-1 huevos
-160 gr de harina
-1 cdita bicarbonato
-1 cdita polvo de hornear
-1 cda de butter spread lotus biscoff
-30gr butter spread lotus biscoff
-Galletas Biscoff para decorar
-Vainilla al gusto

-Precalienta el horno a 180 ° C.
-Derretir la manteca, luego agregar la azúcar morena y la común.
-Una vez integrado agrega los huevos, vainilla y la cucharada de butter spread biscoff.
-Luego agregar la harina + bicarbonato de sodio.
-Con la ayuda de una cuchara de helado formar las cookies y colocarla en la placa con una separación de 4cm entre cookies.
-Llevar al horno precalentado por 12 minutos o cuando los bordes se empiecen a dorar.
-Una vez listo, retirar del horno y dejar enfriar.
-Luego derretir calentar un poco el butter spread y con una cuchara agregar a las galletas y por último las galletas trituradas para decorar.

Procedure:
-Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
-Melt the butter, then add the brown and regular sugar.
-Once integrated, add the eggs, vanilla and the tablespoon of butter spread biscoff.
-Then add the flour + baking soda.
-With the help of an ice cream scoop, form the cookies and place them on the plate with a 4cm separation between cookies.
-Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes or when the edges begin to brown.
-Once ready, remove from the oven and let cool.
-Then melt and heat the butter spread a little and with a spoon add to the cookies and finally the crushed cookies to decorate.

Filo Galette de Manzana | Full Recipe 👇🏻.
Ingredientes:
Relleno:
-60gr Manteca (Mantequilla si estas fuera de Argentina)
-200gr Azúcar Morena
-1⁄2 cdita de Canela
-4 Manzanas Verde
-60mlCrema de Leche
Opcional: Ron
Masa
-3 hojas de masa philo
-30gr de manteca derretida
•
Procedimiento:
Relleno
-Derretimos la manteca y dejamos a un lado.
-Pelamos las manzanas y cortamos en láminas muy finas.
-Agregamos las manzanas en la sartén con la manteca derretida + azúcar + canela + ron y crema de leche.
-Integramos y cocinamos hasta que la mezcla esté espesa.
Montaje:
-En un molde, agregamos una hoja de masa philo y pincelamos con manteca, así hacemos con las capas necesarias de masa philo.
-Agregamos el relleno ya preparado y doblamos los bordes, pincelamos con manteca.
-Cocinamos a 170°C x 35 minutos o hasta que esté dorado.
-Dejamos reposar hasta enfriar, puedes acompañar con helado.

-3 sheets of phyllo dough

Procedure:
Filling:
- Melt the butter and set aside.
-Peel the apples and cut into very thin slices.
-Add the apples in the pan with the melted butter + sugar + cinnamon + rum and heavy cream.
- We integrate and cook until the mixture is thick.
Assembly:
-In a mold, add a sheet of phyllo dough and brush with butter, thus we do with the necessary layers of phyllo dough.
-Add the already prepared filling and fold the edges, brush with butter.
-We cook at 170°C x 35 minutes or until golden.
-We let it rest until cool, you can add ice cream on top.
