75 g Manteca (Mantequilla si estas fuera de Argentina)
28 g Chocolate Semiamargo
70 g Azucar Comun
70 g Azucar Morena
10 g Cacao Amargo
1 Huevos
28 g Harina 0000
Pizca de Sal
Extracto de Vainilla

Precalentar el horno a 170 °C. Colocar papel manteca en el molde de tu preferencia. Yo use un molde de 20 x 20 y 5 cm de alto.
Derretir la mantequilla con el chocolate semiamargo.
Luego agregar la azúcar y los huevos.
Seguimos con los ingredientes secos (Harina, cacao y la pizca de sal) y la vainilla.
Cocinar x 45 minutos aprox a 170 °C. El cuchillo tiene que salir casi limpio.
Dejamos enfriar por aprox. 15-20 minutos.
